FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I BOOK?
After an initial wedding conversation / meeting where you can view sample albums and discuss any queries, you can then book us to cover your special day. We require a £200 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Once received, your booking is guaranteed.
ARE YOUR PACKAGES CUSTOMISABLE?
All our wedding packages are customisable, we respect that everybody’s day is special and unique to themselves, so we will endeavour to provide a service to cover your individual requirements.
DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS IN INSTALLATIONS?
Payment for your wedding day booking can be made in installments or in a lump sum, whichever suits you. This can be discussed. The final payment is due 6 weeks before your wedding day.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes we do, and we do need to factor this into the final cost. Additional travel expenses may include mileage / accommodation where applicable.
I HATE POSING!
So do we, we prefer to capture the more natural you! We will give you a bit of direction (the best locations for shots and where the light good, but we do keep this to a minimum). There will also be an element of structure when it comes to group shots.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOGRAPHS?
A full set of edited images will be presented to you between 2-4 weeks on a private online viewing gallery (password protected), which you can also share with family and friends (any orders can also be taken via the gallery).
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL I RECEIVE?
A typical wedding would be approximately 300-500 images, every wedding is unique and different, but rest assured the whole day will be fully documented.
WHAT WILL THE USB CONTAIN?
The usb will contain all your fully edited wedding photographs in a high resolution jpeg format.
HOW DOES THE WEDDING ALBUM DESIGN WORK?
Once you have viewed and selected your favourite photographs, we will personally design your album for you. This will then be proofed by yourselves and once you are happy with the design, the album will be ordered. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we are fully insured. We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE ILL?
There are two photographers for all wedding packages. If one of us is unable to make it, we form part of a large network of photographers who are on hand to help out. You would never be left without a photographer.
